Focus

Diligence that clarifies fit before commitment.

We screen businesses carefully so ownership conversations stay grounded. Diligence is for our own capital decisions — not a service sold to outside investors.

What we review

We look at how the business earns revenue, who the customers are, how work gets done, and what ownership change would mean for people and operations.

The goal is mutual clarity. If the business is not a fit, ending the process early is better than forcing a narrative.

  • Business model and customer concentration
  • Operating rhythm and key-person dependence
  • Financial records and working-capital realities
  • Owner goals, timeline, and post-close involvement

Tone of the process

We prefer calm, documented questions over rushed pressure. Operators should always know what stage the conversation is in.
