Perspective

Ownership clarity

Most post-close friction comes from unspoken expectations. Write them down while goodwill is high.

Define roles early

Who decides hiring? Who approves major spending? Who speaks with key customers during transition? Ambiguity here creates avoidable conflict.

Clarity is a courtesy to operators and to the owning company.

Keep language plain

Complex structures can be necessary, but the operating meaning should still be understandable. If a term cannot be explained simply, revisit it.

These notes describe our internal perspective. They are not investment advice, an offer to sell securities, or a solicitation of investor capital.
