Zyphyr Capital Inc uses company capital to take ownership positions in privately held businesses. This is proprietary investing, not a client-facing fund or advisory product.

What this means in practice

When we invest, the capital comes from Zyphyr Capital Inc and its owners — not from outside client accounts, pooled investor vehicles marketed to the public, or managed portfolios.

That boundary is intentional. It keeps our banking, compliance, and operating posture straightforward: we are a holding company making ownership decisions with our own balance sheet.

What we do not do

We do not accept money from the public to invest on their behalf. We do not act as an investment adviser to outside clients, and we do not offer securities products through this website.
